Q. What is Your Local Rewards?

A. Your Local Rewards is a program offering members savings (Rewards) at hundreds of participating businesses. It's an easy-to-use program that's totally discreet, and members can earn rewards savings coast-to-coast when they shop at participating businesses.

Q. How do I enroll?

A. Enroll online by completing our enrollment form. The form includes setting up a Login ID and Password so that you'll be able to log in to our web site to earn maximum savings. If you prefer, you can also enroll over the phone by calling Member Services at 1-866-423-2491. Only when you log in with your Login ID and Password will you be able to see the savings and gain access to our full list of participating merchants.

Q. What information do I need to provide when I enroll?

A. When you enroll by phone or online, you need to provide your name, address, email address and a credit/debit card number. To complete enrollment, you must set up your account, which includes creating a Login ID and Password. (Members enrolling are given the opportunity to opt out of receiving email communications.)

Q. Why do I have to register a credit/debit card with Your Local Rewards?

A. Our goal at Your Local Rewards is to provide members with an easy-to-use, automatic process that is also totally discreet. We have special processing technology that tracks the use of credit/debit cards registered with us when they're used at participating merchants. We can then credit your designated account with the correct savings. This way there are no ID cards to present or coupons to clip, so no one - not the merchant's staff - will know about your special benefits. Your Local Rewards will never charge your credit/debit card without your permission. View our Privacy Policy to ensure your security.

Q. How do I register additional credit/debit cards?

A. You can add or change credit/debit cards, and update any of your other personal membership information by visiting the "Account Profile" section located on this web site. You'll find a link to that page on the top of the YourLocalRewards.com web site.

Q.Why do I need to create a Login ID and Password?

A. Creating a Login ID and Password allows you to log in to our web site. You must be logged in to see details about when you can save at our participating restaurants and hotels. When you log in, you can also access the personalized and secure "Account Profile" section of our web site to do the following:

  • Update and change your membership information online (name, address, credit/debit card number/expiration date, email address, etc).
  • Track your shopping benefits. (Detailed information is available regarding your savings.)
  • Fast-track your search for merchants in select locales.
  • View the latest updates on new merchants and bonus offers.
  • View merchant reviews.

Q. Is there a fee to join?

A. There is no upfront fee when you enroll online. If you select Cashback Rewards savings as your benefit, there is a $49 annual membership fee. We'll simply apply your first $49 in savings to the fee and after that, your savings will automatically be credited directly to your credit card. If you enroll by phone, you will be charged $49 upfront for your membership fee. You will also be notified 30 days prior to the billing of your renewal fee. (Annual membership renewal occurs on the first day of the month following the month of your original enrollment.) If you select airline miles as your benefit, the program is free.

Q. Do I need to let the merchant know I'm a member of Your Local Rewards?

A. No. Simply make a purchase from a participating merchant with your registered credit or debit card

  • No ID card to present.
  • No special coupon to redeem.
  • No membership number to remember.
  • No one knows you're using a savings program.

Q. Is YourLocalRewards.com a secure web site?

A. Yes. When you register your credit card or access your account information, you are accessing our secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Additionally, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Q. How do I access the Your Local Rewards web site to monitor my rewards and view the listings of participating merchants?

A. Just log in to yourlocalrewards.com to access the web site. All your past Rewards Network dining and hotel transactions can be viewed in the "Account Profile" section when you log in with your Login ID and Password.
